Charming Stay at Historic Hotel
fantastic location friendly staff included kitchen
The hotel had a fantastic location that placed me near transit options. Breakfast included multiple choices. The staff was friendly. My room included a kitchen that allowed meal preparation.
The elevator stopped for hours. It created an inconvenience. I waited longer than I expected.

The hotel sat in a location close to public transport and points of interest. Access to cable cars was easy. Union Square was only 5-10 minutes away on foot.

i loved the stay!
nice staircase helpful staff
the hotel has a very nice staircase i used instead of the elevator. the front desk staff was very helpful. i will stay at this hotel again. the staff had a great attitude.
the lobby had insufficient lights making it look dark. they should check this situation.

the room was comfortable. there was a kitchen area adequately supplied with amenities. the bedding had a wonderful quality. the bathroom was large and spacious.

the hotel include a basic breakfast. tea and wine are offered in the afternoon and it is a nice touch. i enjoyed these facilities a lot.

Fantastic Hotel with Great Location!
full kitchen separate bedroom queen beds
The suite was HUGE! It featured a separate bedroom with two queen beds. A Murphy bed was available in the living room. The full kitchen was a definite plus for our family, we could prepare some meals.
The single-pane windows let in a lot of street noise at night. This made it a bit difficult to sleep soundly.

The staff provided really good customer service, from the front desk to the housekeepers. The team was always kind and ready to assist with any request. I really appreciated their help!!!

The room was very clean and well kept. It included a nice kitchenette, very convenient for preparing snacks and light meals. The large room provided ample space to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
